Chennai Super Kings (CSK) legend MS Dhoni and popular Indian actor Bobby Deol entered an amusing tussle and pulled each other's leg during a promotional clip for fantasy gaming site 'Wingzo' ahead of the IPL 2024. 

In a unique collaboration, Deol and Dhoni engaged in a humourous battle to stand one-up on each other, with the latter initially revealing a message from the great wicketkeeper-batter, pleading the actor to delete the video of the cricketer dancing since it's "very embarrassing". 

The duo then indulged in a game against each other on 'Wingzo' before Dhoni lost the contest to Deol and the latter asked his competitor to replicate his dancing moves on the popular beats of his song 'Jamal Kudu' from the film Animal, doing the actor's hook step with a glass held on top of his head.

In hilarious scenes during the latest clip, Dhoni is seen mimicking Deol's steps with a glass held on his head and his hands waving, just as the actor did in his famous introductory scene in the blockbuster film released last year. 

Dhoni continues to rock the advertisement field as has been the case since the legend's prime years as an India and CSK cricketer and is a brand favourite in terms of his mass appeal and understanding of the market. 

The legend reportedly lowered his prize to attract more sponsors and advertisement opportunities following his India retirement in 2020, recognising he will be undergoing a decline in public appearance and may not fetch the kind of brand gigs as he did when he was active at the international stage. 

There has been no shortage of popularity for the man, however, especially as he continues to ply his trade once a year for the Super Kings franchise in the IPL and pushes them to great success as a player and now their former captain.
