His personal life has been in focus as well, and there have been rumours that he is dating Sachin Tendulkar's daughter, Sara. Now, in a recent interview, Shubman Gill has shut down those rumours as completely baseless.

He mentioned that he has been single for over three years and added that the rumours have no connection with the reality. Without taking anyone's name, he stated that he has been linked to people who he has never seen in the past. He added that he is focused on his professional life currently, and he has no space to invest time on relationship.

"I have been single for over three years, and there have been so much speculations and rumours linking with different people. Sometimes it is so ridiculous that I have never ever seen that person or met that person ever in my life and I have been seeing rumours that I have been with that person or this person."

The clarification from Shubman Gill is likely to create lot of buzz again, and it would be interesting to see how things unfold. Talking about his rumoured relationship with Sara Tendulkar, the two young guns have been never seen together, and it was just some Instagram comment that triggered the speculations.

Gill has also been linked to Sonam Bajwa in the past, but there is not likely to be any truth behind those rumours.
