Virat Kohli isn't shy about expressing his love for wife Anushka Sharma. The celebrity couple is known for their social media posts that make fans swoon. For Anushka's recent 36th birthday, Kohli took her on a special dinner date.

Sharing a glimpse of their celebration on his Instagram stories, Kohli gave a shoutout to a renowned Indian chef. The photo showed a beautifully designed restaurant menu with the words "Celebrating Anushka" at the top. The name "Lupa" was written below, along with the restaurant's logo.

In the caption, Kohli expressed his gratitude to the chef, calling it "an unbelievable dining experience" and "one of the best food experiences of our lives." Their celebratory dinner appears to have been held at Lupa, a high-end restaurant in Bengaluru.

Kohli and Anushka weren't alone for Anushka's birthday celebration. The couple had some cricket pals join the festivities – Glenn Maxwell and his wife Vini Raman, along with Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis.


Earlier, for Anushka Sharma's birthday, Kohli wrote a heartfelt message on social media, once again showing how much he adores the Bollywood actress.

Their relationship is a source of inspiration for many. Anushka has been a pillar of support for Kohli, particularly during his recent batting slump. After dating for several years, they married in December 2017. Anushka is a constant presence at the stadium whenever her schedule allows, cheering on her husband during matches.

Kohli is currently in action for RCB in the IPL 2024 season. Meanwhile, Anushka is expected to return to the silver screen soon in "Chakda Express," a biopic about legendary Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. Her hiatus from acting has been quite some time.
