Days after Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their baby boy, Akaay, New Zealand's white-ball skipper Kane Williamson and his wife Sarah celebrated the arrival of their third child, a baby girl.

The couple already has a one-year-old son and a three-year-old daughter. The 33-year-old Kiwi cricketer shared a heartwarming photo of his wife and the newborn, captioning,

"And then there was 3. Welcome to the world, beautiful Girl. So grateful for your safe arrival and the exciting journey ahead."

Former teammate of Williamson and Aussie opener David Warner extended his congratulations to the couple. Kane and Sarah's first child, daughter Maggie, was born in 2019, followed by their son in 2022.

For the birth of their second child, Williamson left Sunrisers Hyderabad's bio-bubble and withdrew from the remaining matches of the IPL 2022. Williamson often shares family pictures on social media.

Following his paternity leave, Kane Williamson has been included in the Black Caps' squad for the upcoming two-Test series against Australia

With a refreshed family life and impressive form on the field, Williamson is undoubtedly a key player to watch as the Black Caps aim to continue their winning streak on home turf against a high-flying Australian side.

He will return to the New Zealand squad for the first Test against Australia, commencing at Wellington on Thursday, February 29.

The two-match Test series holds significant importance for both teams, as New Zealand and Australia currently occupy the first and third positions on the World Test Championship (WTC) table.
