While speaking on Star Sports, the actress acknowledged her immense appreciation for Kohli, hailing him as a paragon of excellence both on and off the cricket field. Tara Sutaria lauded Kohli's consistent performance, his candid discussions about health awareness, and his commitment to honesty in all aspects of his life.

"Virat Kohli is perfection in every way. On the field he is always perfect and even off the field the way he talk about everything, spoke about health awareness, he is always with truth side. He's on the field and off the field is amazing,” said Tara.

Meanwhile, Kohli, currently a dominant force in World Cup 2023, has been making headlines with his exceptional performance. He recently scored his sixth fifty-plus in the tournament during a crucial game against South Africa.

The right-hander, who is preparing for the match against the Netherlands at Bengaluru's M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, ranks third in the list of the tournament's top run-scorers, trailing only Quinton de Kock and Rachin Ravindra.

Kohli's World Cup journey began with a remarkable run-chase against Australia and continued with vital half-centuries in matches against Afghanistan, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. His centuries against Bangladesh and South Africa have elevated his One Day International (ODI) century count to 49, equalling the record set by the legendary Sachin Tendulkar.

The former captain’s batting brilliance has been instrumental in securing India's position at the top of the World Cup 2023 points table. As Team India gears up to face the Netherlands in their final league match in Bengaluru, they will be looking forward to continuing with their winning momentum.
