Virat Kohli isn't really active on social media, and his fans know it. Despite having 273 million followers on his Instagram handle, the star Indian cricketer was inactive on the platform due to personal reasons, but not until now. Kohli's latest Instagram post with Anushka Sharma has gone viral within a few minutes of posting.
As Virat Kohli dropped a cute picture with his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, the post was picked up by fans within minutes of posting, and it made rounds on the internet.
Kohli & Anushka's selfie goes viral!
As Virat Kohli is currently residing in London with his wife and kids, Vamika and Akaay, Kohli took to his Instagram handle on Saturday to post a picture of him and his wife in a cute, cozy and warm selfie. From what can be observed, it is likely that the couple were spending wonderful time in a cafe in London.
The picture, posted at exactly 8:02 PM IST, went viral and had already garnered 2M likes at the time of writing. Kohli captioned the image, "Been a minute," which almost marks as a sarcastic taunt to himself for being irregular on the platform.

Speaking of his inconsistency on the social media platform. The former Indian captain last posted something other than a brand endorsement on June 15 while writing an appreciation letter for his late father on Father's Day. Ahead of that post, another significant post from Kohli's side was his Test retirement that came on May 12.
While the RCB legend seems to have made a massive comeback on social media with his more frequent Instagram stories and some social activity sharing too, it seems like the 'King' is finally interested in sharing glimpses of his life with his followers.
On the cricketing front, Virat Kohli is yet to feature in a game after RCB's title win since June 3. Kohli's next assignment will be the Australia tour in October, where his Indian side mate Rohit Sharma, who also retired from T20Is and Tests, will also feature.
