West Indies (WI) will face the challenge of Bangladesh (BAN) in the second fixture of the three-match ODI series at Providence Stadium, Guyana, on July 13. 

In the first ODI, West Indies could manage to score only 149 in 41 overs on the back of hefty contributions from Shamarh Brooks and Anderson Philip. Mehidy Hasan was the pick of the bowlers for the visitors. 

In response, Bangladesh chased down the score quickly, with Mahmdullah and Najmul Hossain Shanto emerging as the top scorers and taking the lead of 1-0. 

Bangladesh Tigers are not expected to tinker with the winning combination and play with the same lineup. A satisfactory performance from their experienced players, Mustafizur Rahman, Mahmudullah, and Tamim Iqbal, will give them hope of securing the series.

On the other hand, West Indies must have learned hard lessons from the loss and would look to come up with improved performances. Nicholas Pooran and Rovman Powell will again be the key for the hosts to level the series.
