The Indian Premier League 2025 is turning out to be an exciting contest with all teams coming out with great intensity on the field. To add to the excitement, the BCCI has now added a robot dog in the list of exciting new advancements to the league. The dog has been added for more interactive experience for the users, and along with walking and doing tasks, it would provide viewing experience with different angles.
The robotic dog made its debut in the game between DC and MI at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. It was seen bringing the coin at the toss to the two captains, and it showed how the technological advancements are adding new twists to the game of cricket.

Talking about the toss, Axar Patel decided to bowl first after winning it. Rohit Sharma was expected to fire after failing in the season so far, but the five-time champion captain failed to convert his promising start again.
Rickelton and Suryakumar Yadav batted well for their 41 and 40 respectively, but Kuldeep Yadav got the better of them and MI are losing wickets at regular intervals. Tilak Varma though is playing a gem of an innings, and it would be interesting to see how they go about their business in the remainder of the game.
So far, MI have won only one game while DC are yet to lose a single match. They would be backing themselves to chase a target in the second half, and let's see how things pan out.
