Rajasthan Royals' fast bowler Prasidh Krishna, who was unable to participate in the 2023 Indian Premier League, got married to his long-time girlfriend Rachana Krishna on Wednesday, June 7, in a traditional ceremony.


Little is known about Prasidh Krishna's wife, Rachana Krishna, who hails from Karnataka. According to reports, she is a product manager working at Dell Technologies and resides in Austin, Texas. 

After receiving an honorary distinction in computer science and engineering, Rachana Krishna supposedly joined Cisco in their Technology Strategy and Operations team. In addition to her professional achievements, she is also said to have founded an EdTech company with the aim of bridging the gap between students and corporations. 

On the cricket front, Prasidh Krishna, the seamer for RR (Rajasthan Royals), unfortunately, missed the 2023 edition due to a lumbar stress fracture. He had an impressive 2022 season, securing 19 wickets from 17 matches at an economy rate of 8.29, which led to him being retained by the franchise for INR 10 Crore.

Krishna has been selected in a 15-player Indian squad for a three-match series against Ireland, under the captaincy of Jasprit Bumrah, set to be played between August 18 and August 23 in The Village, Malahide.
