After suffering a humiliating loss in the first Test at Dominica, West Indies (CWI) have called up off-spinner Kevin Sinclair as a replacement for Raymon Reifer in their squad for the second Test against India at Port of Spain.

The rest of the squad remains the same, with Kraigg Brathwaite leading the side and Jermaine Blackwood acting as his deputy. Reifer, who played in the first Test, will stay with the side in Trinidad as an injury cover.

Sinclair, 23, boasts of a decent First-Class record claiming 54 wickets in 18 matches, apart from scoring 756 runs which include six fifties. The off-spinner has already represented West Indies in seven One-Day Internationals (ODI) and six T20 Internationals (T20Is), scalping 11 and four wickets, respectively.

With Reifer's exclusion, chances of Kirk McKenzie making his debut are heightened.

The second Test, set to commence on July 20 in Port of Spain, Trinidad, will commemorate the 100th Test between India and West Indies since their first meeting in 1948 in Delhi.
