RCB's Dominating Victory Against CSK
Talking about the match, RCB had posted a competitive total of 196/7 after being put to bat first, with significant contribution by Rajat Patidar, Phil Salt, and at the end Tim David showcased his power-hitting abilities. Kohli, who managed just 31 runs from 30 balls, didn’t have his best day at the crease but helped the team post a solid total.
When it came to defending the total, RCB’s bowlers were exceptional. Josh Hazlewood set the tone early by dismissing CSK's top-order stars, Rahul Tripathi and Ruturaj Gaikwad, in the second over. The spin of Yash Dayal and the all-round brilliance of Liam Livingstone, who took two wickets each, helped RCB restrict CSK to just 146/8.
It is important to mention that after this victory RCB is at the top of the points table with 4 points in two matches they have played so far.
