Rohit Sharma's removal as captain by Mumbai Indians is turning out to be a nightmare for MI management as almost everyone has been trolling or criticizing them since the decision was announced. Some fans have gone ugly in that process, but Raina came out with a quite cheeky line, that would hurt Mumbai Indians management and maybe even Hardik Pandya a lot.

Suresh Raina and Parthiv Patel were actually discussing IPL auction and how teams are shaping up. towards the 2024 edition of the league along with the host of the show. The host asked Raina that will he prefer MI, Parthiv interrupted and asked Raina to hold MI paddle. Raina obliged Parthiv but soon dropped it while adding that he would have hold it if Rohit Sharma was still the captain.
