India's star batting duo, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, were spotted in a rigorous net practice session, fine-tuning their batting techniques and preparing for the upcoming Adelaide Test against Australia on December 6.

Reports indicate that Rohit is likely to move down the batting order, allowing the in-form opening pair of Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul to continue at the top of the order. The net session also saw Virat Kohli, who, made a remarkable comeback in form in Perth Test after he scored his 81st century.

During the practice session the team sst up special four practice lanes, with Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the second lane. It is important to note that, this practice session will allow both the players to work on their stroke play, footwork, and adaptability to the pink ball's movement.

Kohli was seen executing textbook cover drives and pulling deliveries with conviction. Rohit, on the other hand, focused on building his timing and shot selection. Rohit aimed aiming to correct the minor lapses from his previous stint with the bat, where he was dismissed cheaply for just 3 runs in the warm-up match against the Australian Prime Minister's XI at Manuka Oval.
