The World Cup 2023 is turning out to be a great one, especially for the associate teams. Even though we are yet to witness a thriller in this tournament, we have already seen three historic upsets as Afghanistan have beaten Pakistan in today's game. 

Undoubtedly the Afghan bowling has always been up to the mark and the only concern was their batting which seems to be resolved to an extent now as they have beaten teams like England and Pakistan. Also, these two victories were convincing and not even thrilling ones, which shows the quality of this Afghan team. 

Firstly, the Afghanistan team was impressive in the field and with the ball, restricting them to a total like this. The way this team set up their chase was truly professional as the opening partnership was brilliant between Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmanullah Gurbaz, who scored and then Rahmat Shah and Hashmatullah Shahidi did the finishing job. 

After the historic victory, the players were boasting with energy and started celebrating this historic victory and Rashid Khan was spotted showing some moves in the dressing room.

Ibrahim Zadran scored the much-needed 87 runs, which will boost his confidence and help him perform in the coming matches. Rahmat Shah also had a good outing and would be happy to contribute to this win. There is a big reason to celebrate this victory and the hard work they have put behind this success. Clearly, they are dancing their hearts out as they know how special of a win this is and how hard they have worked to get here. 

The Afghanistan team will be locking horns with Sri Lanka on the 30th of October and we might get to see the first thriller of the World Cup 2023.
