Rajat Patidar is known for his effortless hitting and with him as a captain of RCB in IPL 2025, we can expect the batter to lead from the front. He did that for Madhya Pradesh in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024 and is now training hard with his RCB teammates at their home ground, M. Chinnaswamy.

Rajat Patidar Shows His Power In RCB Training

In a video that is going viral, Rajat Patidar is seen smashing an RCB spinner out of the park with his usual flair. It was a tad shortish delivery on middle, Rajat Patidar rocked back and hammered it with the middle of his blade, deep into the stands of RCB's home ground. The shot proves that he is in good touch and right frame of mind and has always been a superb hitter against spin.

RCB have made some big changes for IPL 2025 and retained only three players which include Rajat Patidar, Virat Kohli and Yash Dayal. They have tried to form a balanced squad with overseas stars mostly from England, and it is a team that is full of power-hitter this time.

However, RCB's batting has always been good, and it is their bowling attack that needs to step up in this season. It is where Rajat Patidar need to use his resources well and deliver as a captain and fans would be hoping that he takes them to a place where no RCB team has reached it.

They will start their campaign in the opening game of the season against KKR on March 22 at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
