Lahore Qalandars have lost six out of their first six matches of the Pakistan Super League 2024.  Fans and Pundits are trolling them due to their over-dependency on ace spinner Rashid Khan.

Amid the struggling phase of Lahore, an old interview of Shadab Khan is going viral on social media where he tells how over-dependent Lahore was on Rashid Khan.

Rashid Khan has been a big reason behind Lahore Qalandar's success over the years. The Qalandars started this season as two-time defending champions. However, this season has been drastic for them, they are yet to find their first win of the season after playing half a dozen matches.

An old interview where Shadab Khan along with his Islamabad United teammate Azam Khan were talking to Shoaib Malik. 

Azam Khan called Rashid Khan the toughest bowler he has ever faced when. Shadab added to Azam's answer that now Lahore's bowling lineup will get exposed in the absence of Rashid Khan.

Lahore skipper and pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi is till optimistic about the their turnaround this season. They are currently placed at the bottom of the table with zero points and a net run rate of -0.948. Their next fixture is against Multan Sultans on March second. It will be interesting too see the approach of the Qalandars from here.
