Indian cricket star Virat Kohli enjoyed a dinner date with his wife, Anushka Sharma, and friends in Mumbai before the T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies.

The IPL 2024 Orange Cap winner, Virat Kohli, has yet to join the Indian squad in the USA. Currently, he is spending quality time before joining the World Cup squad later.

Initially, there were concerns that Kohli might miss the warm-up game against Bangladesh. However, according to the latest reports, Kohli might arrive ahead of the game and be part of it.


A friendly get-together ahead of the T20 WC

Anushka and Virat caught everyone's attention as they were seen relishing an intimate dinner at a popular restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai.

 The couple was accompanied by former Indian pacer Zaheer Khan, his wife Sagarika Ghatge,  actor-cricket presenter Gaurav Kapur and others. The photos and videos of the group hanging out went viral very soon.

Virat Kohli showcased splendid form in the IPL, leading RCB to the playoffs with his exceptional batting skills. RCB staged an incredible comeback in the tournament, largely due to Kohli's top-class efforts.

Kohli is anticipated to be India's key batter in the World Cup. He has always been India's trusted batsman in the T20 format, and fans now hope he can lead them to victory in the prized trophy that has eluded him so far.

Kohli is expected to travel to the USA tomorrow May 30th as per the reports. India plays the first game of the World Cup against Ireland on the 5th of June.
