Traveling is an essential part of playing cricket, where teams are required to head from one destination to another with a very short turnaround.

England landed in India this morning for the marquee ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 starting next month after being on the flight for over 38 hours.

England's star wicketkeeper-batter Jonny Bairstow did not take lightly to this long trip and expressed how the journey has been an "Utter Chaos". In an array of Instagram stories, Bairstow called the trip 'Chaotic', apart from indicating that the last leg of their journey still remains, as the time showed 21:21, while on their way to possibly Guwahati.

In Bairstow's post, England skipper Jos Buttler, and Chris Woakes could be seated while other passengers line up in queue for exit, as members of the Three Lions' World Cup squad still remain in flight.

England's Itinerary

England during the WC will travel the length and breadth of India making pitstops at Dharamsala, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Kolkata, while barely staying in any city for more than one-two days.

The defending champions play India in their first warm-up at Guwahati tomorrow, before facing Bangladesh on Monday at the same venue.

England starts its World Cup defense at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad against New Zealand on October 5.
