When Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan opted to bat on a dry Sharjah track, he hadn't anticipated what was going to strike them. Mohammad Nabi's decision to open the bowling with Mujeeb Ur Rahman proved to be a tactical masterstroke, as the spinner rattled the Tigers' top order, dismissing Naim Sheikh, Anamul Haque and Shakib Al Hasan inside six overs.

Fans as well as the Asian Cricket Council took to their twitter handles to heap praise on the experienced spinner.

Mujeeb, who has played 83 international matches for Afghanistan, also completed 200 wickets in the shortest format, trapping Anamul Haque in front of the stumps in the fourth over. Fans were overjoyed with his achievement and congratulated him for the same.

Renowned media page The Field, apart from praising Rashid and Mujeeb for their magical spells, predicted Afghanistan to emerge victorious in the match.

Chasing 128, Afghanistan was in spot of a bother, reeling at 62 for three in 13 overs. However, Najibullah Zadran's blistering 43-run knock helped them chase down the total easily with nine balls to spare.
