The inaugural season of The 6IXTY Women will come to an end on August 29, with Barbados Royals Women and Trinbago Knight Riders Women scheduled to face-off in the summit clash at Warner Park, Basseterre, West Indies.

The two teams have competed against each other twice in the competition, having won a match each. 

The Royals head to the final after winning a do-or-die fixture versus Guyana Amazon Warriors Women. The Hayley Matthews-led side was greatly helped by their bowlers as the Warriors surrendered at 58/6 in 9.5 overs. Barbados chased the target with utmost ease with Matthews and Chloe-Lesleigh Tryon contributing with the bat. 

Dottin holds the key for her side

The Knight Riders also upped their game in the previous affair that was a virtual knockout match for them. Pitted against the Warriors, Deandra Dottin and Co. steamrolled the opposition for mere 33 runs. It was all a formality in the second innings as Trinbago gunned down the paltry total.

Key Players

Chloe-Lesleigh Tryon is currently the top-scorer of the competition, amassing as many as 114 runs in four innings.

Geetika Kodali is among the top wicket-takers in the tournament. Despite going wicketless in Trinbago's first two matches, she came back strongly in the upcoming two games to claim four scalps, including a three-for.

Deandra Dottin missed out on the initial two matches for the Knight Riders. However, the skipper made up for it after she returned, scoring 68 runs in two innings.
