BCCI corrects massive error ahead of IPL 2026 auction
Notably, Nikhil Chaudhary was earlier listed as an Indian player, which caused a huge uproar on social media. The fans were confused as to how Chaudhary was listed as an Indian uncapped cricketer when he plays foreign leagues such as the BBL.
However, in the latest events, the BCCI has rectified their mistake as Chaudhary has now been added as an Australian cricketer, which means he will be added in the overseas quota if any team look to buy the 29-year-old during the auction.
