India's star all-rounder Shivam Dube recently opened up about the crucial support he received from captain Rohit Sharma and coach Rahul Dravid throughout his cricketing journey, especially during the T20 World Cup 2024.

Despite being under scrutiny for his underwhelming performances early in the tournament, Dube's resilience and the backing of his mentors played a significant role in his comeback.

Dube, 30, faced a challenging start in the T20 World Cup, managing scores of 0, 3, and 31 in his first three innings. However, he demonstrated his mettle when it mattered most, delivering a vital knock of 27 runs off 16 balls in a pressure situation.

With India reeling at 103-4 after 13.3 overs, Dube's partnership with Virat Kohli stabilized the innings, contributing significantly to the team's competitive total.
