Sachin returns as Road Safety World Series announces squads for second season

The popular Road Safety World Series will be back for the second edition with former stars of the game representing their nations. 8 teams will consist of 15 players each who will battle it out from 10th September till 1st October in the four cities, namely Indore, Dehradun, Raipur, and Kanpur.

The most significant name to return to the competition is Sachin Tendulkar, under whose captaincy India Legends defeated Sri Lanka legends in the final by 14 runs to claim the inaugural Road Safety title.

Teams from India, New Zealand, Australia, West Indies, England, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and South Africa will come together to mark the second edition of the decorated league. Matches will be held in a round-robin format, with the top four sides competing in the semi-final stage.

The entire series will be live telecasted on Colors Cineplex, Colors Cineplex Superhits, Sports18 and Voot.
