In a significant development, the remaining Pakistan Super League matches have apparently been relocated amid the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan. If reports are to be believed, the remaining matches of the ongoing PSL 2025 have been relocated to Karachi, with drones exploding near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

PSL 2025 Matches Shifted To Karachi: Report

According to several media reports, there are serious security concerns in the Rawalpindi Stadium, with India responding to the barbaric Pahalgam terror attack with its official military strike named 'Operation Sindoor'.

Several media outlets have claimed that multiple Indian drones exploded near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, prompting Pakistan to move the remainder of the PSL 2025 out of the city.

As per a reliable Pakistani journalist, the cricketing body has decided to conduct the remaining games at Karachi's national stadium amid the ongoing geo-political tensions between the neighbouring nations.

It's worth mentioning that the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium was set to host PSL matches on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of this month.

Impact Of Operation Sindoor On IPL And PSL

Recently, India launched a military attack, targeting multiple terrorist bases in Pakistan as its response to the brutal Pahalgam terror attack that took the lives of innocent civilians. Following India's airstrike, the situation along the LOC escalated, with both parties getting engaged in armed conflict.

This prompted the BCCI and PCB to modify their plans regarding the scheduling of the IPL and PSL. While the high-voltage MI vs PBKS clash has reportedly been relocated from Dharamsala to Ahmedabad, the PSL could be played out of Pakistan, according to the latest report from Cricbuzz.

So, large doubts continue to loom over the future of these two tournaments and their cancellation could be the ultimate step if the situation at the border worsens.
