New Zealand is all set to turn heads at the Champions Trophy 2025 and they’ve just dropped their new jersey which is bold, sleek and packed with style. The Kiwis have stuck to their classic black but added a modern twist with silver stripes running down, perfectly symbolizing their ‘Black Caps’ legacy.

New Zealand Unveils Stunning Jersey for Champions Trophy 2025

The New Zealand Champions Trophy 2025 jersey is minimalistic yet eye-catching. On the right side of the jersey, you’ll find "Champions Trophy 2025 Pakistan" whereas the "Silver Fern Flag" sits proudly on the left with "NEW ZEALAND" emblazoned across the middle.

Kiwis Ready to Start Strong

New Zealand will kick off their Champions Trophy campaign against hosts Pakistan on February 19 at the National Stadium in Karachi. They’ve already beaten Pakistan in the Tri-Series final recently, so confidence will be sky-high. After the opener, they’ll face Bangladesh on February 24 and then India on March 2.

This squad is one of the most compact and well-rounded sides in the tournament. While some familiar faces like Tim Southee and Trent Boult won’t be there this time, the team still has plenty of firepower.

Key Players To Watch

In Devon Conway and Tom Latham, New Zealand has two dependable openers who know how to build an innings in these conditions. Kane Williamson remains a master at controlling the tempo in ODIs. He’ll be crucial in anchoring the innings and ensuring New Zealand doesn’t lose the plot in the middle overs.

The real fireworks could come from the likes of Daryl Mitchell and Glenn Phillips. These two are capable of taking the game away in no time. Both are known for their fearless approach and on their day, they can leave bowlers scratching their heads.

Bowling Department Lacks Familiar Faces

For the first time in a long while, Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand will be without their iconic pace duo: Tim Southee and Trent Boult. Even Lockie Ferguson is unlikely to feature, which leaves their fast-bowling unit a bit light on experience.

However, New Zealand is always in the mix when it comes to ICC events and this time is no different. They may not have all their experienced hands in the fast-bowling department, but their batting depth and strong middle-order balance make them a dangerous side.
