The five-match Test series between India and Australia is all set to start with a 'West Test' - A term coined for referring to a Test match held in Perth, the Western Australia city. Traditionally, WACA was the venue where Test matches in Perth were played, but the high-profile international matches have shifted to the bigger stadium, the Perth Cricket Stadium (Optus Stadium).
So, with first Test match around the corner, let's see who has scored most number of runs at the Perth Cricket Stadium for India.
India have played just one Test match at the Perth Cricket Stadium so far. It was during the 2018-2019 series. India lost that game by 146 runs, but Virat Kohli stood out with his stunning century. The star Indian batter scored 123 in the first innings while in the second outing, he scored 17 runs. So, in total, he has 140 runs while Ajinkya Rahane is second in the list with 81 runs. Rahane scored 51 and 30 in the first and second innings respectively. The third in the list is Rishabh Pant who scored 36 in the first innings and 30 in the second innings.

Rohit Sharma did not play that Test match, and he will miss the upcoming opening Test as well due to the birth of his second child. KL Rahul who is likely to open in the first Test, scored a duck in the second innings of the 2018 Test while he could muster only two runs in the first innings.
Overall, Marnus Labuschagne is the leading run-scorer at the ground with 519 runs in the second innings. He has three centuries at the venue while Steve Smith also has a century and is second in the list with 355 runs in six innings.
