Kiran Navgire's 162* against Arunachal steals the show

Kiran Navgire’s rollicking innings of 162* allowed Nagaland to register a thumping win over Arunachal Pradesh. In her swashbuckling innings, the opening batter struck a mind-boggling 16 sixes and ten fours. Chasing a humongous target of 233, Arunachal Pradesh could only manage 110/3 in their quota of 20 overs, falling short by an enormous margin of 122 runs.

Manipur rides Kalpana’s half-century to get the better of Sikkim


Manipur won the toss in a match reduced to 17 overs and elected to bat first. Keisham Kalpana and Thokchom Loidangton Devi got Manipur off to a great start. They stitched a 70 runs partnership for the opening wicket. Kalpana went on to score 77 off 51 balls. Pranita Chhetri was the star on the field for Sikkim, affecting two runouts and picking Kalpana’s wicket. However, Sikkim could not get their innings going and ended on 97/9.

Pondicherry chases down the target of 96 in 17.2 overs


After being put in to bat by Pondicherry, Mizoram scored 95 for the loss of only three wickets. Opening batter Shweta top-scored with almost a run-a-ball 62. In reply, Pondicherry’s batters came up with valuable contributions to successfully scaled down the target.
