Ireland's Leah Paul, Laura Delany soar in Women's ODI Player Rankings

Irish cricketers have made a big leap in the latest ICC Women's ODI Player Rankings following a pulverizing victory against the Netherlands.
Ireland secured a 3-0 clean sweep in the ODI series played from 22 to 28 August, on the back of proficient performances from both departments. The second fixture of the series witnessed them posting their highest-ever score of 337 in the ODI format, and winning by a record 210 runs.
Leah Paul emerged as the top-scorer in the series with 173 runs in three innings, including a top knock of 137 in the second game. She jumped a mammoth 36 positions to cement her place in the 49th spot and is jointly tied with Shemaine Campbell.
Skipper Laura Delany gained 15 spots to see herself sitting at the number 34 spot, on the back of an impressive knock of 109 in the second ODI.
Opener Gaby Lewis hit 132 runs in three innings and rose six places to take the 27th spot.
Bowling & All Rounder's Rankings

The leading wicket-taker in the series with eight scalps, Cara Murray gained 12 spots to cement her place in the 60th spot in the bowlers' rankings.
Delany climbed 17 positions to be ranked 76 among the bowlers, with four wickets to her name.
In the all-rounder's rankings, Delany and Paul moved ahead as well to take the number 28 and 36 spots respectively.
