MS Dhoni, fondly called as 'Thala' is set to play his third game of the season at his beloved Chepauk. There were some reports that he will miss the game against SRH owing to a knee injury but those speculations have all been put to bed now as MSD walked out for a toss with his usual coolness and swag and called it right too, deciding to bowl first.
CSK is actually going with the same team they played in the last game with Stokes is still unavailable and young Matheesha Pathirana will have another go after an impressive performance against RCB. For SRH, the speedster, Umran Malik is back in the playing XI and it is T Natarajan who is demoted as an Impact player.

This will be a big test for SRH against CSK and their spin attack as they have never won a game at Chepauk so far in the history of the IPL. However, they do have quality players in their line-up and if they deliver to their potential, we might see SRH breaking the jinx.
Here is the Playing XI of CSK:
Chennai Super Kings( Playing XI) : Ruturaj Gaikwad, Devon Conway, Ajinkya Rahane, Moeen Ali, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni (c&wk), Matheesha Pathirana, Tushar Deshpande, Maheesh Theekshana, Akash Singh
Impact Players: Ambati Rayudu, Dwaine Pretorius, Subhranshu Senapati, Shaik Rasheed, Rajvardhan Hangargekar
Here is the Playing XI of SRH:
Sunrisers Hyderabad (Playing XI): Harry Brook, Mayank Agarwal, Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram (c), Heinrich Klaasen (wk), Abhishek Sharma, Marco Jansen, Mayank Markande, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Washington Sundar, Umran Malik
Impact Players: Abdul Samad, Sanvir Singh, Glenn Phillips, Mayank Dagar, T Natarajan
Let's hope for a cracker of a game between two quality sides.
