Sanju Samson's class is second to none and time and again he has shown that with some mesmerising strokeplay. In the RR-GT game, Sanju Samson, the RR skipper once again stole the limelight and played some delightful shots on his way to a superb fifty off just 29 balls.

Samson eventually also crossed a milestone when he reached 3000 runs in IPL for Rajasthan Royals and has kept his team in the chase despite RR losing four wickets for just 55 runs in their bid to hunt down a target of 178. Sanju walked out to bat at number 4 with his team in all sorts of trouble with two wickets down for just four runs. He played some breathtaking shots and smashed Rashid Khan for three consecutive sixes in the 13th over, a sight rarely seen which talks a lot about the talent of Sanju Samson.

The RR skipper, however, departed on 60 off just 32 balls when Noor Ahmed, the debutant and Impact player for GT got rid of him in the final delivery of the 15th over.

At the time of writing, RR need 44 off 24 balls and have Shimron Hetmyer at the crease, who is going great guns with 35 off just 18 balls. He has Dhruv Jurel alongside him and it seems that we are in for another last-over thriller.
