In a big boost to women's cricket, BCCI has announced free entry for all fans in two blockbuster India Women series against England and Australia Women. England are first scheduled to tour India and their tour will kickstart with a three-match T20I series, starting from 6th of December.

The T20I series against England will be followed by a solitary Test match and a three-match ODI series. The world champions, Australia will follow the English and their tour will start on 21st of December with a Test match at Wankhede.

India Women have played impressive cricket in recent times against top teams and the last time, they played an ODI series against England, they whitewashed English women at their own backyard. The arrival of England and Aussie superstars mark a significant step in promotion of women's cricket with India with both England and Australia playing a Test match on their respective tours.

All the games will be played in Mumbai with Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium, sharing matches between them. The free entry means that we might see a jam-packed crowd in almost all games which was the case during their five-match T20I series between India and Australia when they tour back in 2022.
