Mysore Warriors are all set to lock horns against Hubli Tigers in the Eliminator of Maharaja T20 Trophy on Tuesday (August 23). The match will be played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.  

Mysore Warriors won five of their ten league stage matches and finished third in the points table. Hubli Tigers, on the other hand, claimed a comprehensive six-wicket victory against Mangalore United in their last league stage fixture to earn their spot in the playoffs.

Both the teams will be keen to give their best to win this game, given it's a do-or-die match where the loser will be out of the tournament, while the winner will play the losing team of Qualifier 1 in Qualifier 2 for a place in the final.

• Pavan Deshpande: He is the highest run-scorer in the tournament, having scored 372 runs in nine matches at an average of 46.50 and strike rate of 125.68. The Mysore southpaw will definitely be one of the players to watch out for in the Eliminator game. 
• Luvnith Sisodia: He has been in excellent form with the bat since the beginning of the tournament. In the most recent must-win fixture, the left-handed batter hammered 40-ball 80 to help his side register an easy victory. Overall he is the leading run-scorer for Hubli with 356 runs in 10 innings. 
• Vidyadhar Patil: He is the leading wicket-taker in the tournament and has taken 15 wickets in 10 matches at an eco nomy of 9.59 and a strike rate of 21. 
• Vasuki Kaushik: He is one of the top bowlers for the Hubli Tigers in the tournament with 12 wickets in 10 matches. He will hold the key to the team's bowling attack in the upcoming encounter.

Pitch Report

The surface at Bengaluru has been batting friendly one so far. As for the bowlers, pacers are expected to get more success here as compared to spinners.
