In a significant development, Cricket South Africa (CSA), on Saturday, announced its men's squad for the upcoming ODI and T20I series against England. While Dewald Brevis found a place in both squads, Kagiso Rabada made his comeback after being ruled out of the Australia tour due to injury.

Temba Bavuma has been named the South African captain for the ODI series, while Aiden Markram is set to lead the Proteas in the T20I leg. The ODI squad for the England tour witnesses a solitary change compared to that for the ongoing Australia series, with Prenelan Subrayen making way for Kagiso Rabada.
On the other hand, Marco Jansen, David Miller, Donovan Ferreira and Lizaad Williams return to the Proteas T20I setup after missing out on selection for the Australia tour. Rassie van der Dussen, Prenelan Subrayen, George Linde and Nqabayomzi Peter have been excluded from the T20I squad for the England series. Right-arm pacer Lizaad Williams also returns after a long injury layoff.
