After helping Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) lift their maiden Indian Premier League (IPL) title in the 2025 edition, head coach Andy Flower is getting tremendous recognition from all quarters. The RCB side, who have been winless since the inaugural edition of the IPL, turned their fortune around under the leadership of Flower, who has been a decorated coach himself.

Flower Adds Another Star To His Decorated CV

The former Zimbabwean cricketer, Andy Flower, who has been tremendously successful, first as a batter for the Chevrons side in international cricket, turned into a full-time coach, which has brought him more laurels.

Starting with the England side in the 2009 Ashes, then helping them lift the T20 World Cup in 2010 in the West Indies, Flower has seen it all. After helping England tremendously, Flower moved on to franchise cricket where he first won the Abu Dhabi T10 League with Maratha Arabians, and then, later, helped Multan Sultans lift the PSL (Pakistan Super League) 2021 trophy.

Following that, he also helped the Gulf Giants side in the International League T20 (ILT20) 2023 season to achieve their maiden title.

However, the biggest applause that would come for Flower would be from the IPL 2025 title, as he helped the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) side lift their maiden title after failing to do so for the initial seventeen years.
