The Indian team have had enough game time before coming into the World Cup. The two warm-up games were crucial because they could figure out the best eleven to play in the match against Australia. However, unfortunately, the warm-up game against England got abandoned due to the rain, and we are hoping to get some action in the second one, where the Men in Blue will be up against the Netherlands.

The Dutch had a great time in the qualifiers to get a spot in the World Cup 2023. However, it will be challenging for them to comply with the Indian conditions and play a good brand of cricket.

There has been some news about Virat Kohli missing the warm-up game as he flew back home for personal reasons. So it can turn out to be a good thing as the Indian batters will be expressing themselves to find a spot in the eleven.

So here are the three players to keep an eye on in tomorrow's warm-up game:

Shreyas Iyer

Almost everyone had a decent amount of game time heading into the World Cup, but not Shreyas Iyer. The right-hander is coming back from injury and picked up a niggle during the Asia Cup as well. Although he had a good time during the Australia series, Ishan Kishan has shown more promising signs than him.

The stylish Mumbaikar smashed a century in the second ODI before scoring a crucial 48 in the third ODI against Australia. He has looked good and is eager to gain that number four spot in the middle order. So this warm-up game will be a test for him if he wants to be in the eleven.

Bas De Leede

Regarding the Dutch team, Bas De Leede has become one of the most important members of the squad. With his all-round skills, he can turn the game around in his team's favour, and we have seen him performing in the World Cup qualifiers.

The Netherlands have shown great competition to get here, and they would want to continue the momentum to surprise some teams in this edition of the World Cup. For the Netherlands to succeed, Bas De Leede becomes the man who will have to stay consistent in both departments and is indeed the one to look out for against India in the warm-up game.

Ishan Kishan

With KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav looking good, it will be tough for the Indian team to choose two among the four. The consistency Ishan Kishan has shown over the last few games and the knock of 82 under pressure against Pakistan has placed him higher in the pecking order than Iyer and Surya.

His performance against the Netherlands could be a deciding factor in choosing the eleven for the game against Australia. With Ishan being a left-hander, India would love to have him in the middle order. So, the whole of India will be keeping an eye on ruthless batter Ishan Kishan tomorrow.
