It is time for the 35th match of IPL 2023 and we have the defending champions, Gujarat Titans and five-time Champions, Mumbai Indians going up against each other at the Narendra Modi, Stadium. MI have won three and lost three so far while  Gujarat Titans have lost only two out of their six games.

This is a big game for both the sides and let us now look at the Predicted Playing of Mumbai Indians against Gujarat Titans.

Openers

Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan

Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan have found form in the last couple of games and their opening stand is crucial in determining MI's fortunes this season. Both of them have the ability to take apart bowling attacks and we can expect at least one of them to go big soon.

Middle-Order

Cameron Green

Cameron Green is the most important asset for MI this season. He is quite good with the ball and has shown his ability with the bat as well. He is coming into the game against GT on the back of two consecutive fifties and would like to take his team over the line against the defending champions with his all-round performance.

Suryakumar Yadav

India's Mr.360 is back in form and played a blinder of knock against Punjab Kings to almost take his side over the line. It was just the confidence-booster SKY needed and expect him to make a huge impact in this game.

Tilak Varma

The talented young left-hander was the one of the brightest talents to emerge from MI setup in the last season and once again, in this season, he has shown his class with classy and gritty knocks. He has been a saviour for MI whenever they have been put under pump and Varma would be just hoping to continue the good work he has done so far.

Tim David

Tim David is one of the most fearsome hitters of the cricket ball currently and has played some gem of an innings for MI as well. He will be crucial for MI against a strong bowling attack of GT and would be looking to unleash his belligerent best.

Bowlers

Hrithik Shokeen

The talented bowling all-rounder has done his job pretty well with the ball so far. He, however, needs to pick more wickets with the ball and MI would also hope for some runs with the bat from Shokeen.

Jofra Archer

Archer is still not at his best but seems to be improving and bowled well at the death against Punjab Kings compared to other Mumbai Indians bowlers. He can probably make more impact while opening the bowling and that is something he has not done so far for MI this season.

Arjun Tendulkar

The junior Tendulkar was hammered for 31 runs in one over against Punjab Kings but one should not forget that he has bowled well before that. He has shown the ability to swing the new ball as well as nail his yorkers and let's see how he goes about his business against GT.

Piyush Chawla

The leg-spinner has turned back the clock with his crafty leg-breaks this season. He is the main reason why Mumbai have been able to contain opposition teams in the middle overs and Mumbai would hope that he continues to deliver going ahead in the tournament.

Jason Behrendorff

Behrendorff has been brilliant with the new ball for Mumbai. He has taken wickets at regular intervals this season and once again MI would be banking on him to deliver in the Powerplay.
