The Lucknow Super Giants will play the Delhi Capitals in the 26th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). The match will be played at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on April 11th at 7:30 PM IST. 

The Super Giants have played brilliant cricket so far this season. They have won three of their four games and are hovering in the top half of the table. LSG will be looking to maintain their momentum with one more win in this game.

The Ekana Cricket Stadium provided a great wicket for the batters in the first match that was played here in IPL 2024. The South African batter had a couple of good games in the tournament with his bat, but consistency is missing from De Kock’s bat. The numbers are pretty impressive for him against DC, and therefore, he can regain the touch he was in against RCB and emerge as the match-winner. 

Nicholas Pooran

The West Indian keeper batter has been in great form in this tournament. Nicholas Pooran has scored 178 runs in four innings and is currently the highest run scorer for his team. His record against the Capitals will encourage the LSG fans and management even more. In five innings against the Capitals, Pooran has scored 160 runs at a strike rate of 170.2 while maintaining an average of 32. If we take a look at his number against DC at the Ekana Cricket Stadium, then in a single innings, Pooran has scored 36 runs at a strike rate of over 170. So, history is in favour of emerging as a match-winner against DC. 

Ravi Bishnoi

The Indian leg-spinner is suffering from a lack of form in IPL 2024. It is very important for the Lucknow Super Giants that Ravi Bishnoi finds his rhythm quickly. However, Bishnoi has performed pretty well against the Capitals in the last couple of years. In the last three matches, Bishnoi has bowled 12 overs against DC and has conceded 81 runs in them while picking up five wickets. His economy in these three matches is just 6.75, with an average of 16.2 and a strike rate of 14.4. So there are chances that Bishnoi will find his form in the game and emerge as the match-winner for LSG.
