Shubman Gill Provides Huge Update On Kagiso Rabada's IPL 2025 Comeback

In a significant development, Shubman Gill won the toss and invited Delhi Capitals to bat in Gujarat Titans' seventh group-stage match of the ongoing IPL 2025 season. At toss, Gill provided a crucial update on ace speedster Kagiso Rabada. 

When Will Kagiso Rabada Return To GT's IPL 2025 Setup?

In the 35th match of the IPL 2025, GT won the toss and opted to field first at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. 

Meanwhile, GT skipper Shubman Gill disclosed when would Kagiso Rabada would rejoin the team for the remainder of the season. 

Notably, Rabada flew back to his home mid-season due to personal reasons. However, as Gill revealed, the Proteas speedster will likely be back for the tournament within the next ten days. 

"Yeah, things have been going well. We take each game as its own. We have lost a couple of matches but it is about turning up on the day. For couple of weeks it takes for the team to gel up after that you have to pull your socks up and deliver," Gill stated. 

"We are going with the same side.(On Rabada) He is still out, hopefully, he will come in the next 10 days or so."

Rabada could play only two games, scalping two wickets at an ordinary strike rate and a horrendous economy of 10.38. In his absence, the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna and Ishant Sharma have led GT's pace attack this season.
