On this day, 30 years ago, Kapil Dev ran-out South Africa's Peter Kirsten for backing up too far in the second ODI of the bilateral series at Gqeberha. Interestingly, Kapil had warned Peter in the first ODI to stay within the crease, until the bowl is delivered.
