England won the T20 World Cup 2022 after performing brilliantly throughout the tournament, the team displayed a dominating performance in all fields of the game. Although the Three Lions won the trophy, Vice-captain Moeen Ali believes that the team should continue to get better and not let the win get to their head.

Moeen Ali lets it all out

"I think it's trying to always get better and not relax or anything, there's a lot of us who are a little bit older in the side now and you're getting pushed by really, really good players coming through so it's just staying on top of your game."

"Performing as much as you can, giving to the team, and I think that's the most important thing. Anybody that comes in, or anybody that's in the team at the moment, there's nobody that's selfish. There's a lot of selfless players and match-winners in the team."

Ali also paid tribute to the former Captain Eoin Morgan

"Extra batter, extra bowler, all-rounders, all these kind of things, and I think that's where English cricket is reaping the rewards from Eoin Morgan. He started all this."
