Hayley Matthews in action (Source: Twitter/@cricketworldcup)
West Indies skipper Hayley Matthews weighed in on the team's batting issues after getting embarrassed at the hands of South Africa, losing in a one-sided affair by 44 runs.
Although the Matthews-led side had a blazing first half while bowling, their batting unit was all over the place as they got restricted to 97/8.
Citing at the chink in West Indies' armour, Matthews stated how the team is without a few of their key players, however, she still expects a better batting show.
