Hashim Amla To Play In LLC Masters After Announcing Retirement From All Forms Of Cricket

South African legend Hashim Amla, who recently announced retirement from all forms of cricket will feature in the Legends League Cricket Masters in Doha.    

In an official statement released by LLC, Hashim Amla shared his excitement about joining the Legends League Cricket team, calling it a great opportunity to play alongside other legends of the game. 

"I am looking forward to being part of LLC Masters. It is going to be fun playing alongside legends of the game. It's a great initiative."

Legends League Cricket Co-Founder and CEO Raman Raheja also expressed his excitement at having the iconic South African batter on board, stating that Hashim Amla's presence would add a new dimension to the league.

"The pool of players is growing every single day. We have welcomed some of the great cricketers in the history of the game to play for us. We welcome Amla to Legends League Cricket. We hope that he will mesmerise his fans with some great cricket."  

With a remarkable career that spanned over a decade, Amla is undoubtedly one of the most successful batters in South African cricket history, having scored an impressive 18,672 runs for the Proteas across all formats of the game. 

In addition to Hashim Amla, the LLC Masters have secured the services of several other legendary players, including former Australian captain Aaron Finch, Irfan Pathan, Shoaib Akhtar, Chris Gayle, and S Sreesanth.
