Yuvraj Singh's effortless hitting has always been the highlight of his game, and though the southpaw has retired now, he has shown time and again in various T20 leagues for legendary cricketers that he can still make heads turn with his bat flow and power-game.
Yuvraj Singh Turns Back The Clock With Unbeaten 27!
In India Masters' second game of the International Masters League T20, Yuvraj Singh once again came up with his vintage best and blasted 27 off 14 balls which included four boundaries and a six. He hit the shots all over the park with usual ease and started off with a six on the very first ball.
He is now a proud dad too and his wife, Hazeel Keech with their son was also present in the stands and when Yuvraj was batting, both of them clearly enjoyed the game. One such instance was in the 11th over of India's innings.
India Masters Beat England Masters By 9 Wickets
Ryan Sidebottom was the bowler and he bowled a short delivery, outside off. Yuvraj Singh initially, made a bit of room and then slammed it towards deep extra cover for a one-bounce boundary. It was a typical Yuvraj Singh shot which he used to play with great success during his prime. That shot brought a big smile on Hazel Keech's face and the Indian star then smashed another boundary on the next ball.
India Masters eventually chased down the target in the 12th over with Gurkeerat Singh making unbeaten 63 off 35 balls. The win has consolidated India Masters position at the top of the table while England Masters have started the tournament with a forgettable performance.
