Will Jacks had to return to the field on Monday (April 15) in a worst possible way against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 30 of the IPL 2024 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. England international seemed to be in sublime touch after coming to chase a mammoth target of 288 before Jaydev Unadkat sent him back to the hut off his own bowling.

It was a slow delivery by Unadkat, who came to bowl the eighth over of RCB's innings. The ball went outside the off stump, and Faf du Plessis, who was at strike, hit straight to Unadkat with pure timing.

However, Unadkat got his right palm on the ball before it went on to break the stumps. And at that point, Jacks, batting on 7 off 4 balls, was way outside the crease.

While du Plessis expressed his disappointment in an aggresive way after the dismissal, Unadkat was delighted, and got a huge smile on his face.
