Last match's centurion for Mumbai Indians (MI), Suryakumar Kumar has terrorised the bowlers with his aggressive strokeplay smashing runs all over the park. However, the right-hander during the match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) while attempting his trademark scoop shot, lost his off-stump to Yash Thakur at a very crucial stage of the game.

Surya's wicket came in the fifteenth over when he was batting on the score of 7 as the right-hander's scoop went back to his stumps instead of going over. Generally, SKY is known to play these kind of shots but this time it was costly for him and his team.

The moment changed the course of the match as they weren't able to chase down the target even after Tim David's blitz in the final stages of the game.

Yash, in particular, bowled well for Lucknow with two crucial wickets with 40 runs given away. However, the real star of the show was Mohsin Khan who defended 11 off the final over to take his side to victory.

Earlier, Lucknow batted first and posted 177 on the board after some serious hitting from Marcus Stoinis who thumped 89 not out with as many as eight sixes.
