When on song, Litton Das is a treat to watch and this was the case in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) match between Rangpur Riders and Dhaka Capitals. The Capitals needed a mammoth 193 to win the contest and Litton took it upon himself to take his side to a win.

He started slowly and looked scratchy in the beginning, but the dashing batter took a special liking towards Kamrul Islam Rabbi as Litton Das started with a brilliant four past the third man region and then came the highlight of the over when he smacked him for a big six.

The bowler delivered it slightly short and Litton, one of the best players of pull shot was ready for the task. He sat back and pulled the ball viciously towards the deep-mid wicket region as the ball went miles in the air and into the stands for a colossal six.

The Bangladesh batter gave a fiery start to his side as they look to chase down a daunting total against a formidable bowling lineup.

Iftikhar, Khushdil steer Rangpur to 191

The Rangpur Riders had a disastrous start as Mustafizur started the carnage with the wicket of Steven Taylor. Alex Hales soon followed him back to the pavilion as the team lost a couple of early wickets.

However, Pakistan's Iftikhar Ahmed and Khushdil Shah played valuable knocks as the team came out of a precaious situation. While Iftikhar scored 49 off 38 balls, Khushdil slammed a quick-fire 46 off 23 balls. They were amply supported by Saif Hassan as he, too, scored 40 off 33 to steer the team to a commanding total.
