Krunal Pandya saved a certain six off Naman Dhir on Friday (May 18) in Match 67 of IPL 2024 between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at Wankhede Stadium.

The LSG all-rounder, just when Naman Dhir was taking the game away from his side, pulled off a spectacular effort to help the KL Rahul-side register a 18-run victory to finish things off in the ongoing edition. 

Chasing 34 off the final over, Naman smashed a six off Naveen-ul-Haq to re-energize MI fans at Wankhede Stadium. Then, on the following delivery, it seemed like Naman hit another six runs. However, Krunal flew like a superman at long-off and timed his jump with perfection to save a six. In fact, he threw the ball at non-striker’s end so quickly that Naman could only complete one run.

With the defeat, MI stayed at the bottom of the points table, having won only four out of 14 matches. LSG, on the other hand, are sixth on the chart, with seven wins and as many defeats.
