[Watch] DC's Impact Player Nails a Perfect Yorker to Punjab's Impact Player - Prabhsimran Singh

The 'Impact Player' rule has created a lot of buzz in the 2023 season and many times it has proved to be the decisive factor in the result of tight games. In the ongoing game between PBKS and DC, Prabhsimran Singh was brought in as an Impact Player by Punjab Kings while Delhi Capitals brought in Mukesh Kumar as an Impact player in the second innings after they posted a huge score of 213 on the board.

Mukesh Kumar came bowled the final over of the Powerplay and was smashed for a four and a six in the third and fourth ball of the over. However, Kumar showed his skills on the final delivery as he nailed a perfect yorker which almost got rid of Prabhsimran Singh. He bowled a snorter of a yorker right in the blockhole at 140 kph and Prabhsimran Singh just about managed to dig it out to the keeper.

He looked for a run straightaway, unaware where the ball was and Salt almost ran him out but missed the stumps by just a whisker. After all this drama, it was a dot ball but it showed the class of the bowler and the pressure eventually got to Prabhsimran Singh as he holed out in the deep when Axar bowled the next over.
