MI vs SRH IPL 2025: Captains' Thoughts

Pat Cummins (Sunrisers Hyderabad Captain): "Looks pretty good wicket. Don't make too much difference at this ground, there we go. Same side.[Getting over the big chase] Abhishek is still looking at his highlights but now it's been a good little refresh. We've had 2 good days of training in Mumbai. Good to go. [On the 5-day break] Sometimes it is a good reset, sometimes you want to keep going on. But it comes around pretty quick in IPL. [Ball reversing] At certain venues like Hyderabad where it's pretty dry but you know it gets dewy here so you won't see a lot."

Hardik Pandya (Mumbai Indians Captain): "We are going to bowl first. I think it is a lot to do with the dew. Last evening there was a lot of dew. When it comes, it becomes easier in the second innings. Same side. The kind of win we had, everyone came together. That made us even closer. Last couple of days have gone well. [On batting order] Just depending on situations, we will try and use batters who are in good touch. We back everyone, they will get it. He's fine. We don't have to worry about Jasprit Bumrah. The kind of character he is, if he wasn't 100 percent, he would not have been here. We don't have to worry about him.
