The Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy 2022 will resume on Friday, September 9 with a set of four matches being scheduled to be played across four different venues in England. Here are the pre-match details on how things have panned out for all eight teams so far in the tournament: 

South East Stars vs Northern Diamonds

South East Stars will take the stiff challenge against the indomitable Northern Diamonds in the 17th match of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, set to be played at the Kent County Cricket Ground in Beckenham. 

The two teams are currently placed in the top half of the points table. While South East Stars sit at the third with three wins from four matches, Northern Diamond have been unbeaten so far and currently occupy the second spot.

Central Sparks vs Lightning

Central Sparks will lock horns with Lightning in the 18th match of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy 2022, scheduled to be played at New Road, Worcester, United Kingdom.

Both the teams have suffered the same fate so far in the tournament, winning just one of their four fixtures. However, owing to their better net run rate, Central Sparks stay a spot ahead and occupy sixth place in the league table. 

Southern Vipers vs Western Storm 

Southern Vipers will aim to continue their unbeaten run in the tournament when they take on Western Storm in the 19th match of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy 2022. 

The Vipers have enjoyed a dream run so far in the tournament as they have won all four matches they played and are currently sitting at the helm of the league standings. Western Storm, meanwhile, with two wins from four matches, claims the fourth spot in the table.

Sunrisers vs Thunder 

Sunrisers will square off against Thunder in the 20th match of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy 2022. The enthralling 50-Overs encounter is set to be played at County Ground, Northampton, United Kingdom. 

Sunrisers have had a torrid time in the ongoing tournament so far. They have featured in four games but are yet to get off the mark this season. Thunder, on the other hand, is not having a promising season either as they have only managed to win a single game out of the four, they have played so far.
